For many students, the cost of college can be one of the biggest barriers between them and the future they’re working toward. SAC’s scholarship program helps ease that burden and gives deserving students an opportunity to continue their education with a little more support behind them.
Our scholarships recognize students who are making an effort in the classroom, giving back to their communities, developing as leaders, and working toward meaningful goals. Whether a student is pursuing a career in healthcare, education, STEM, the arts, law, or another field, we believe their potential is worth supporting.
But the impact goes beyond the scholarship itself. When we invest in a student’s education, we’re investing in the future of our families and our community. Today’s scholarship recipients become tomorrow’s professionals, leaders, mentors, and community members who have the opportunity to give back and make a difference of their own.

Annual Scholarship Applications
The Slidell Alumnae Chapter is proud to support the educational aspirations of deserving students in our community through our annual scholarship program.
Scholarship applications open each year in January and close in March. Scholarship recipients are selected and officially announced in May.
